Fine. Right Now.

Not Getting on the Floor? Fine.

Entirely reasonable. Everything here happens standing up, with a kitchen counter for backup at most. No mat. No jumping. No getting back up afterward, which is honestly the hard part.

No account required.

Fine. Right Now.

Here's something reasonable.

6 moves No equipment
The Rusty Robot — Full
Ankle circles, knee circles, hip circles — 10 each direction. Shoulder rolls. Arm circles. Then 2 minutes of Kitchen Parade. Your joints are about to do real work and they deserve a warning.
Belly Touches
Hands on the edge of the kitchen counter, a little wider than your shoulders. Step your feet back until you're leaning at an angle. Bend your elbows to bring your chest toward the counter, then push back up. Keep your body in one straight-ish line.
Modification: Too much? Use a wall instead and stand closer to it. The closer your feet are, the easier it gets.
The Big Step
Stand tall. Step one foot forward. Back knee lowers toward the ground. Front knee stays over the ankle. Push back to standing. Alternate legs each rep.
Modification: Shorten the step range if the knee objects. Take the step only as far as comfortable. Still a lunge. Still counts.
The Confused Pointer — Standing
Stand on one leg. Extend the opposite arm forward and same-side leg back simultaneously. Hold 2 seconds. Return. Much harder than the floor version. Stand near a wall. The wobble is the workout.
Modification: Return to floor version if standing version causes too much instability. The floor version is a complete exercise.
The Slow Sink
The full version this time — no chair behind you unless genuinely needed. Lower slowly, hold one second at the bottom, rise with control. These are your legs reminding you they exist.
Modification: Chair behind you as a tap target. Partial range of motion. Any depth with control counts.
The Slow Unload
Feet hip-width, weights already put away. Let your upper body hang forward, knees soft, arms relaxed toward the floor. Hold, breathing slowly, then roll back up one vertebra at a time.
Modification: Bend your knees as much as you need to -- this isn't a flexibility test. A few inches of fold still counts.

Stop if something hurts in a way that isn't just “ugh.” Got a medical reason to be careful? Check with someone who knows you first.
