These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fineletsdothis.com and any account, content, or community feature on it (together, "the site"), operated by Fine. Let's Do This. ("we," "us," "our"). By creating a handle or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a handle or use the site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.
  • Your handle may not impersonate another person, contain contact information, or contain language that is hateful, obscene, or otherwise violates these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — see Contact below.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, as described in Section 8.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that harasses, threatens, or abuses another member.
  • Attempt to access another member's account, or to circumvent any security or rate-limiting feature (including the bot-verification challenge on signup).
  • Post spam, malware, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract data from the site beyond normal browsing.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.

4. Your content

Anything you post, log, or share on the site — including workout completions, "Did Something Else?" entries, and community posts — is "your content." You keep ownership of it. By posting content that is visible to other members, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content on the site for the purpose of operating and promoting the community. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that posting it does not violate any law or any other person's rights.

Fine. Let's Do This. provides general movement and exercise content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified physician or other health care provider. Talk to your doctor before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about your ability to safely perform physical activity.

Exercise, including any workout, modification, or movement described on this site, carries an inherent risk of injury. By using the site, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury that may result from participating in any workout or activity you find here, and you agree that we are not liable for any injury or health issue arising from your use of the content on this site. Stop immediately and consult a medical professional if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Merchandise available through the Store is sold through a third-party checkout provider. That provider's own terms and policies govern payment, shipping, returns, and order fulfillment. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of that third-party provider, though we are happy to help if something goes wrong — contact us and we will do what we can.

The Fine. Let's Do This. name, logo, mascot, exercise naming system (such as The Slow Sink, The Invisible Chair, and similar names), and all site design, text, and graphics not otherwise attributed are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the site. You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fine. Let's Do This. and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any injury related to exercise content, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms as the site grows. If we make material changes, we will post the update here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
