Questions people actually ask.

No fluff, no "great question!" filler. Just answers.

The basics

Is this actually free?

The core of Fine. Let's Do This. is free, always — no credit card, no paywall on the regular workouts, "Did Something Else?", or Circles. Fine Club is an optional paid tier ($5/month or $50/year) that unlocks the growing Club Workout Library, Fine, I'll Improvise, Personal Movement Menu, and Situation Packs. The free experience isn't a stripped-down trial of Club — it's the whole product on its own.

Do I need equipment?

No. Most workouts use bodyweight or things you already own. If a workout calls for something specific, check the Household Equipment Guide — it is full of normal household stand-ins (a jug of water instead of a dumbbell, a sturdy chair instead of a bench) so you rarely need to buy anything.

How often are new workouts posted?

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Missed one? It moves to the Workout Archive, so nothing disappears if life got in the way.

Do I need an account to do a workout?

No. You can do any workout and press "Fine. I did it." without creating a handle. An account just saves your history so it is there the next time you show up, and lets you log things outside the regular workouts under "Did Something Else?"

How tracking works

What counts as "movement"?

Whatever you actually did. A workout, a bike ride, a hike, a pickleball game, a walk to the mailbox. Log it under "Did Something Else?" It happened, it counts.

What is "Fine. I did it." actually measuring?

Whether you did the thing. Not pace, not heart rate, not calories. If you got through three of five exercises on a rough week, that still counts — press the button anyway.

Are the exercise names a joke, or are they real exercises?

Both. The Slow Sink is a squat, The Invisible Chair is a wall sit, The Four-Legged Commute is a bear crawl — real exercises with names that describe how they actually feel. See the full list in the Move Library.

Can I modify a workout if it is too much?

Yes, and you should. Every exercise has a modification, and the modification is not the "easy option" — it is the right version for that day. Your knees have opinions. Do the workout anyway, in whatever version fits.

Your data

Can other members see my workout history?

No. Your completion history is private by default. Community counters show group totals only — no leaderboard, no individual comparison. Anything shown publicly is shown because you chose to share it.

What information do you collect about me?

Your handle, email, hashed password, and whatever you log. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us and we will remove your account and disassociate your history.

The paid stuff

What's included in Fine Club?

The Club Workout Library (more routines than the free rotation, real weights included), Fine, I'll Improvise (tell it your time, place, and equipment, get a workout built for you on the spot), Personal Movement Menu (save the moves you actually like, build a workout from your own list whenever you want), and Situation Packs (hotel rooms, bad weather, moving day, and other real-life situations already covered). Everything free stays free either way.

How much does it cost, and can I cancel?

$5 a month, or $50 a year (works out to two months free if you go annual). Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment, and no "are you sure?" guilt trip on the way out.

Is my card information stored on your site?

No. Checkout for Fine Club, and for the Store, both go through trusted third-party payment processors — your card details go straight to them, never to us. We never see or store your full card number.

Is checkout handled on this site?

No, checkout happens through our third-party checkout provider, so your payment details never pass through fineletsdothis.com directly. See the Terms of Service for details.
