Four moves. Three rounds. Entirely possible to complain the whole time.

1
The Controlled DescentSquat
12 reps
Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart. Sit your hips back like you are aiming for a chair, keep your chest up, then press through your heels to stand back up. Go only as low as feels controlled.
-
2
Nose TouchesWall or counter push-up
10 reps
Place your hands on a wall or counter, step your feet back, and keep your body in a straight line. Bend your elbows until your face moves toward your hands, then push away. The higher the surface, the friendlier it is.

3
The FlamingoSingle-leg balance
20 sec / side
Stand near a wall or chair for support. Lift one foot slightly off the floor and hold your balance. Keep your eyes forward, breathe, and switch sides. Wobbling counts. Falling into furniture does not have to be public.

4
The Upside Down TurtleDead bug
10 / side
Lie on your back with arms up and knees bent over your hips. Slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg, then return to the start. Keep your lower back gently pressed toward the floor and move slowly enough to be annoyed by it.
